He was the son of James Milnor Woodson and Elizabeth Agnes Harrison.1
Marriage*Freddie Woodson married Ophelia Lee circa 1889.3
Anecdote*About a year ago Mr. Fred Woodson and Miss Ophelia Lee were united in marriage. In a few months she began to have too many male admirers to suit Fred and he applied for divorce in the district court. The cause for some reason has never been brought to trial. The woman in the case has been out of town for some time, but it is reported that yesterday she came back and threw her spell over young Woodson and today both are missing from the town. It was also reported that the father of Freddie was looking for the loving twain with a six shooter. Mr. Woodson, sr., when asked about the affair feigned ignorance and refused to tlak about it. He admitted that his son was not in town and when told the rumor of his looking for them over the barrel of a gun, he remarked: "It would not be food for her for me to catch them together. I don't know what the _______ I would do." And thus endeth the first chapetr.3
